Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Oak Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on branch operations issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
