Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Wilder Insurance Group is an insurance company in San Antonio with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on customer complaints issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
