Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Nest Staffing Partners connects candidates and employers across the San Antonio region, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on retention issues. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
