Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak Vista Financial Group is a financial-services company in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on account servicing issues. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
