Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Bright Staffing places workers with employers around Columbus, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on candidate screening issues. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
