Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Nova Ember Staffing is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on temp assignments issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
