Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Quill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Providence serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on deposit accounts issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
