Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Fox Insurance is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on underwriting files issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
