Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Thistle Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on catastrophe response issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
