Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Oakland, CA)

Fernwood Union Telecom is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on service installations issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
