Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Keystone Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Minneapolis, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on billing disputes issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
