Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Knoxville, TN)

Northwind Financial is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on vendor spend issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
