Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Cedar Pike Insurance and adding a Senior Customer Success Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on underwriting files issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
