Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

Amberfield Wilder Financial serves customers across Jacksonville with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on payment disputes issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
