Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Bridge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Cleveland focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 293 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on customer tickets issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
