Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Cleveland, OH)

Summit Haven Markets is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on supplier deliveries issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
