Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Forge Energy Group is an energy provider in Cleveland focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on meter readings issues. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
