Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Fox Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Boise, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on underwriting files issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
