Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Ridge Financial serves customers across Atlanta with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on vendor spend issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
