Senior Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Iron Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on escalation handling. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on policy renewals issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
