Senior Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Savannah, GA)

Stonegate Banking Services is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on escalation handling for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on branch operations issues. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
