Senior Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Granite Staffing is a Salt Lake City staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on escalation handling. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on retention issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
