Senior Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Providence, RI)

Harborlight Haven Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Providence. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on escalation handling. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on catastrophe response issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
