Senior Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Rook Staffing is a Oklahoma City staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on escalation handling. You would join a large organisation of about 622 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on candidate screening issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
