Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Virginia Beach, VA)

Fernwood West Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Virginia Beach focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on billing accounts issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
