Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Tampa, FL)

Clearpath Vale Staffing is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on onboarding issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
