Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Sable Financial Group serves customers across Seattle with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on customer onboarding issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
