Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Lantern Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on account health. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on policy renewals issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
