Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Field Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Salt Lake City, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on claims issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
