Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Rook Financial serves customers across Rochester with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on loan applications issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
