Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Rochester, NY)

Summit Lakeside Energy is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on meter readings issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
