Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Northwind Wren Energy Group is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on hardship programmes issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
