Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Lumen Pike Insurance is an insurance company in Oklahoma City with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on underwriting files issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
