Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Bright Partners is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on field visits issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
