Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Rivermark Ember Staffing connects candidates and employers across the St. Louis region, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on onboarding issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
