Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Providence, RI)

Foxglove Harbor Energy is an energy provider in Providence focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Providence. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on meter readings issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
