Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Lumen Hollow Telecom and adding a Senior Customer Success Manager whose main responsibility will be account health. You would join a large organisation of about 690 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on billing accounts issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
