Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight Lakeside Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Philadelphia area. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on outage reports issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
