Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Meadow Markets serves neighbourhoods around Orlando with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on pricing issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
