Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Forge Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on outage reports issues. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
