Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cedar Telecom and adding a Senior Customer Success Manager whose main responsibility will be account health. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on outage reports issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
