Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Oakland, CA)

Harborlight Willow Financial is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on account servicing issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
