Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Bright Staffing Group is a Fort Worth staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on account health. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on onboarding issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
