Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Keystone Banking Services is a regional lender in Fort Worth with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a large organisation of about 465 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on deposit accounts issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
