Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Bright Markets serves neighbourhoods around Fort Worth with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on shrink and waste issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
