Senior Customer Success Manager - account health (Boise, ID)

Summit Lakeside Telecom Group is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Boise. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on network equipment issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
