We are growing our team at Rivermark Umber Banking Services and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
