Senior Content Writer - website copy (Virginia Beach, VA)

Amberfield Thistle Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
