Rivermark Thistle Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on website copy for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles.
