Silverline Kestrel Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Spokane, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about waiting lists. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
